What is the best thing about working for Aspire?
It is like a family – with both my coworkers and our members. It’s great to be able
to help my members though every stage of their life – from getting their first car and buying
a home all the way through saving for retirement. It’s nice to know that my members trust me
to help them and their family through every life stage.
What is the best compliment you ever received from a member?
After booking their loan, one member told me, “Thank you so much! You have answered
my prayers!”

What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning to come to work at and do a
job well done at Aspire?
Knowing I will be speaking to members and saving them money - and I cannot forget
about making their dreams come true! My favorite part of the day is when I make that initial
phone call about an approval (I am so excited that I am literally sitting on the edge of my
seat!) Just hearing the excitement expressed through the member’s voice puts a smile right
on my face.
Have you ever helped a member improve his/her credit score?
I must say I have helped many members improve their credit scores, but there is one
in mind which I do not think I will ever forget. A member said, "I really appreciate all that
you have done; you have helped me a lot. If it was not for you I would not be where I am today
in the credit world. I did not think anyone would lend to me ever again after what happened a
few years ago. Now, I have a few new accounts and I am borrowing another loan from Aspire, too.
Thank you again!" I remind myself of this every day and it really motivates me to meet EVERY member’s
need!

Did you ever receive a good testimony from a member? If so, what was it?
That his life was changed when I helped him clear up his bad debt, and now he has great
credit and a large burden has been taken from him.
We understand you love technology, what do you think is the coolest thing about Aspire's
technology?
eDeposits! You can deposit a check anytime, anywhere you have access to a computer. No
more standing in line at the branch!
What's so great about credit unions anyway?
Credit unions were started with the "people helping people" goal in mind. Here at Aspire,
I think we live by that everyday.

What is your favorite thing about working at Aspire?
My fellow employees. We have a great team and I really like working here with
everyone. It’s a great atmosphere with so many great people.
What is one of the nicest compliments you ever received from a member?
I have been fortunate to have received nice compliments from many members and I really
love to hear that I helped them by offering good information, or even just brightened their day
and made them laugh. One of the nicest compliments I have received from a member was that I was
"The Cat’s Meow”.
What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning to come to work at and do a job
well done at Aspire?
To talk to members and help them with their situations and offer products and services
to assist in making their lives a little easier. Also, to save them some money. Many members have
my direct extension, so it is always nice to assist someone who is looking just for me!

What is one of the nicest compliments you ever received from a member?
After helping a member locate a company that was automatically debiting her account,
she was so sincerely grateful and told me, "You earned a feather on your wings today." Those
words really touched me and I will never forget it!
What does service mean to you?
Service means listening carefully to a member’s needs and either providing information
that is requested, solving the issue at hand or taking the proper measures to solve the issue in
a timely manner. It is also having thorough knowledge of our products and services so we can help
our members make the best choices for their individual needs.
