I had a great experience with the processing of my new car loan through the Clark branch. Applying was very easy (on line) and the processing of the loan paper (electronically) made this a fast and easy process. Mary in the loan department was so helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. To top off the awesome service, my interest on the loan is much better than the rate offered at the dealer. At Aspire FCU Ronkonkoma Branch Emily John and Joyce are great! I have called to discuss my Kasasa Tunes account, student loans and general financial advice. They consistently deliver professional and courteous service. I love all the conveniences that Aspire FCU offers. In between my college classes I use my I-Phone app to transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks or to see if Mom deposited the money I requested for concert tickets! I recommend Aspire FCU to all my friends. It’s a great place for whatever you need!

I wanted to express my thanks and gratitude towards John D. & Joyce F. at the FAA NY Center at the Ronkonkoma branch. No matter if it's a simple deposit/withdrawal transaction or a more complex mortgage request, both John & Joyce are always informative and professional in their responses.
I also wanted to express how happy and pleased I was with Nancy B., consumer loan consultant in New Jersey. She walked me through my recent transaction of applying for a Home Equity line of credit. She constantly e-mailed and called me with the progress of my application. I actually felt she was only working for me! From start to finish only 2 weeks! Great Job Nancy!
