First of all, let me say that the Aspire Federal Credit Union is the best financial institution ever. I can't say how many times they've come to my rescue. They are so professional, courteous,and understanding to the participants needs, always. They make my life so much easier and I am NEVER leaving them, even after I retire. I don't know why people would choose another financial institution because for me there is no other. I am so glad I chose them 17 yrs. ago. It was 1 of the best decisions I have ever made. I would like to give personal thanks to Tiffany, Mary, Denise, Nancy, Brienne, and Carmen. I hope that I have not left any names out because EVERYONE there is phenomenal, but if I did please know that you are just as valuable to me as everyone that I've named. Thank You Credit Union.

I needed to testify of the unmatched, professional service that I have always received from this Credit Union. Jen & Betty have been such a wonderful help over the yrs. I have moved to Florida and am so glad that I didn't have to lose them. They are more than banking employees, they are friends that watch out for me always. No one can do it like that team at the branch in Clark. Management please recognize this. Jen, thanks for the recent help. You made a horrible situation so much easier to handle. Thanks, Scott

My experience with Aspire has been nothing less than excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff showed that they cared. Tiffany Zalasar took the time to accommodate my needs and handled the process professionally and thoroughly. Ms. Zalasar is a great asset to the company. I entered the office frustrated and overwhelmed from dealing with other financial institutions, and left pleased, confident and relieved. Thank you so much for making me believe that customer service is an important factor in an organization.

I recently went through the process of getting an auto loan and shopping for a new car. This was my first experience doing this and Aspire(more specifically Tiffany Zalasar in the loan department) made this process exciting and easy!! She not only helped with my loan, but she came up with a plan for me to purchase a car that was of good value and within my specific budget. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and was truly a professional throughout the whole process. My experience in buying a car with Aspire by my side, made it the most exciting and convenient purchase in my life! Thank you Aspire and thank you Tiffany!!
