This week we have questions related to banking with Aspire FCU.
How can I make deposits?
There are several ways to make a deposit; it all depends on which method you prefer. If you are looking for convenience, we offer e-services for deposit. On our mobile application you can deposit checks up to $10,000 at a time, and e-deposit allows you to deposit $3,000 at a time.
If you prefer to deal with a person directly then you can visit one of our affiliate/sister branches where you can access your Aspire account directly for deposit purposes.
Why isn’t my direct deposit available immediately?
Availability of direct deposits relies mostly on when they are processed by your respective employer. In most cases, this process takes 2-3 business days. However, employers account for this time making your direct deposit available on your actual pay date.
If we receive your direct deposit earlier than your pay date, we may post the funds to your account early for your convenience, but the funds are not guaranteed to be in your account until the actual pay date of that deposit.
How much can I withdraw at the ATM?
You can withdraw $1,500 per 24 hour period.
Why is there a hold time when I call in?
First and foremost, we give all our members the attention they deserve and make sure all questions, transactions and/or issues are resolved. We’ll give you the same attention, too!
We’ve also recently lowered our auto loan rates and have been happily surprised by the overwhelming response from our members. This did contribute to the delay in answering our members’ calls, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
How do I change my Debit Card PIN?
Simply dial 1-800-757-9848 and follow the prompts. The system is an automated system that will activate and/or change your PIN number once it verifies your identity and card information.
