Why did you close most of your branches?
In early 2013, we closed many of our small, underutilized branch offices. These offices were expensive to maintain and difficult to access. You were just not using them, so we closed them.
We decided to focus our attention on the digital environment. You were already there, using PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Smart Phones for virtually everything. We needed to be there, too. We realized that we needed to make some changes and embrace this technology as the future of banking.
The branch closings were just the first step. We increased our call center staff, just rolled out a new website and are now planning a new digital-channel makeover.
In the next several months, we will be providing you with a completely new home banking, tablet and mobile experience. We will be providing you with state-of-the-art technologies so that you can easily and conveniently transact business with us at any time and at any place. Our new ‘branch network’ is in the palm of your hand.
Is Aspire financially secure and stable?

Professionally, we are staffed by a dedicated group of employees that are focused on your financial well-being. Last, but certainly not least, our volunteer member-leaders are driven to bring you the products and services you need and prices you can afford.
How do I get my money?
There are many options in which you can access funds from your account.
- Aspire is affiliated with shared branches (other credit unions) that provide services to our members. You can make withdraws at these institutions.
- Access there funds via debt card using by using the surcharge free ATMs within our network. Find an ATM or shared branch near you here.
- Members can call Aspire to request a check sent out via mail.
Where are you located?
We have two branch locations currently, one is in Clark, NJ and the other is in Jamaica, NY.
How do I sign my documents?
Here at Aspire we have adopted an electronic signature program entitled Echosign. This program allows us to send you loan documents via e-mail and you can securely sign these documents from the comfort of your own home. You can also view and sign these documents on mobile devices.
For our members who do not possess an e-mail address, we can either mail the documents to your home, where you will have to take them to get notarized, or you may visit one of our two branches to complete this transaction.
